The Arboretum at Flagstaff
The Arboretum at Flagstaff is a botanical garden and a research / educational facility where local scientists study the plants of the Colorado Plateau. It is located 6 miles southwest of downtown Flagstaff, Arizona.
Schaafsma Design was hired to design and build several features and landscapes specified in the Master Plan for the botanical garden.
Our designs for this project had two main goals: to create functional places of interest and activity and to showcase compelling gardens
